Let us help you find the RIGHT INSURANCE

Happier equals healthier

Staying upbeat and positive may help you to live longer. A nine-year Dutch study of 1,000 people showed those who were more optimistic had a lower risk of developing serious health problems than their pessimistic peers.

The results, published in the Australian journal Medical Observer, found that the more optimistic group did more exercise, drank only moderate amounts of alcohol and didn’t smoke as much as the less positive group.

So stay positive!
